Write an essay that critically discusses the relationship between knowledge and innovation. Critically discuss whether there is an inevitable trade-off between designing and managing an organization that can be innovative and designing and managing an organization that is efficient. In doing this you should also consider the potential positive and negative consequences of different organizational forms and management approaches for employees, the organizations themselves and society at large. Illustrate your answer with examples drawn from the cases in the core text (e.g. ScienceCo, Buckman Lab etc) and use the literature that was covered in the module.
