Considering renewable energy, what is the perspective on renewable  energy emissions that are regulated by the EPA (high-level thoughts)?   Is it more in the manufacturing/production, generation of energy, or  disposal?  Are all renewable energies truly zero-impact energies wrt  emissions and environmental impacts?
