This assignment is individual and is based on the‘case study organization’ you
created within coursework 1.
The assignment requires you to make reference to relevant academic discussion
and underpinning evidence using appropriate texts and journals, cited and
referenced appropriately using Harvard referencing conventions. You will need to
use this research to consider practical implications to the ‘case study organisation’ in
relation to labour market trends which may impact on future resource planning. It is
intended that these two aspects above are not necessarily two separate elements of
the assignment, the two should be integrated and therefore evidence development of
your knowledge and application ability.
The assignment comprises 2,000 words (+or – 10%)report, not including the front
page or the reference section (nor any appendices if considered necessary to
