My homework has 3 parts
The first part is – MAIN COURSE THEME (contains three small items),
1. The Customer user journey
2. Touchpoints
3. The Omni-Channel approach
The second part is – QUESTION (all the five questions must be answered)
1. In your own words, introduce the Bellevue restaurant concept and operating context.
2. Detail the customer journey process (divided into pre, during and post guest experience), then map out the key customer touchpoints within the user journey.
3. Identify the various communication tools used and geared towards a stronger customer engagement (omni-channel approach).
4. Assess the effectiveness of how the customers of Bellevue restaurant are experiencing the user journey and how efficient the omni channel approach of the restaurant is. Argue your points.
5. Come to your own conclusions about the restaurants ability to deliver an ultra-luxury experience and provide your recommendations around future opportunities that will allow it to further engage with its customers in the future.
The third part is – STRUCTURE (there are five questions)
Question 1: Introduction
(The Business scenario is clearly explained. The introduction should clearly outline operating context and should be no more than 250 words.
Questions 2 & 3: Data collection and analysis.
The data identified is to be clearly laid out in a methodical manner, with the appropriate data explained and sequentially organized in relation to the research questions and/or objectives stated in the introduction. No more than 750 words.
Question 4: Discussion and demonstration of analytical skills.
This section is the key section where you demonstrate your analytical skills and critical thinking and should be based only on the findings and results from your study. From this position, you then need to extrapolate the implications of the findings of your research and its managerial applications for your business. No more than 750 words.
Question 5:
The key themes, findings and issues are discussed in relation to the main business Question. No more than 250 words.
