Quantitative and qualitative data can be used in conjunction to support one another. For example, a partnering strategy may include hosting participant interviews as a follow-up from an automated multiple-choice survey. The interviews can provide greater insight that otherwise may not be obvious from the results of the survey.

• Share an example of a time in your personal or professional life when both qualitative and quantitative data were used.
